About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Relations Manager to oversee customer experience and ensure exceptional service across all client interactions. This role is key to maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and positive brand representation.
The ideal candidate will be personable, organised, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to enquiries, feedback, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Oversee guest communication channels, ensuring professional, friendly, and consistent messaging.
- Coordinate and manage client visits, meetings, and events at the Barking Enterprise Centre.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or client management (preferably in food, hospitality, or FMCG sectors).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or customer service software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
