Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy that supports company goals (brand awareness, acquisition, retention).
  • Oversee multi‐channel marketing campaigns (online & offline), budgeting, vendor relationships.
  • Manage cross‐functional projects among digital marketing, content, product, operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly.

Requirements / Skills

  • Minimum 4‐5 years experience in marketing management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience across digital marketing, branding, customer acquisition, retention.
  • Good analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics and data.
  • Excellent communication, project management skills, ability to work under pressure.
