Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the marketing strategy that supports company goals (brand awareness, acquisition, retention).
- Oversee multi‐channel marketing campaigns (online & offline), budgeting, vendor relationships.
- Manage cross‐functional projects among digital marketing, content, product, operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report on KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 4‐5 years experience in marketing management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across digital marketing, branding, customer acquisition, retention.
- Good analytical skills and experience using marketing metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, project management skills, ability to work under pressure.
