Haddock Loins – wild caught in the North East Atlantic FAO 27, skinless & boneless. Very popular at Seafresh, white, thick loins of Haddock (much thicker than fillets) make a great alternative to Cod and also recommended for histamine intolerance customers. This flavourful frozen fish is very versatile and easy to cook. Cook from frozen, oven bake at 180c, make a foil parcel (not too tight so the fish steams perfectly) or oven proof dish and bake for around 30 mins. (All loins we recommend to cook like this, from frozen too as they will not go dry or over cook. We also have Haddock Fillets available to buy. Individual portions, 4 per pack 170-195 g each
